By accessing and using AfiliaTools ("Platform", "Service", "we" or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
AfiliaTools is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides automation and optimization tools for affiliate marketing professionals, including but not limited to:
- Affiliate product research and analysis
- Advertising viability analysis with CPC data and search volume
- Automated presell page creation
- Google Ads campaign automation
- Conversion tracking and fraud protection
- Free page hosting
- Real-time sales notifications
3. User Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Plans and Payments
4.1 Subscriptions
AfiliaTools offers different subscription plans (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). The prices and features of each plan are described on our pricing page and may be changed with prior notice.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged using the payment method registered in your account.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer an unconditional 7-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days after purchase, contact us to request a full refund. After this period, payments are non-refundable.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

- Use scraping or data mining techniques without express authorization
- Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (Google Ads, affiliate platforms, etc.)
5.2 Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.
6. Google Ads Integration
6.1 Google Ads Accounts
AfiliaTools allows you to manage your Google Ads campaigns through our platform. You retain full ownership and control of your Google Ads account.
6.2 Authorization
By connecting your Google Ads account to AfiliaTools, you authorize us to access and manage your campaigns through our MCC (My Client Center) account. You may revoke this authorization at any time.
6.3 Responsibility
You are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in your Google Ads account. AfiliaTools is not responsible for any Google Ads charges.
6.4 Policy Compliance
You agree to comply with all Google Ads policies, including but not limited to advertising policies and editorial requirements. Non-compliance may result in suspension of your Google Ads account.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Ownership
AfiliaTools and all content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of AfiliaTools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms of Service.
7.3 User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to the platform (presell pages, campaigns, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display this content as necessary to provide the service.
8. Hosting and Data
8.1 Free Hosting
AfiliaTools offers free hosting for your presell pages. We reserve the right to establish reasonable storage and bandwidth limits.
8.2 Data Backup
While we make regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of any important content.
8.3 Data Deletion
After canceling your account, your data may be deleted from our servers after 30 days. Please back up any data you wish to keep before canceling.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9.2 Results
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS IN YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS OR AFFILIATE SALES. Results may vary based on various factors beyond our control.
9.3 Liability Limit
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AfiliaTools, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Violation of any third-party rights
- Violation of applicable laws
